Thanksgiving Decor - Dinner for Two

The last few weeks, I have been getting so excited about Thanksgiving and fall decor. I started looking through Pottery Barn online and some other magazines and found a few ideas. Really wanted to share! Since Nick has returned home, we have decided that this year we will be having a Thanksigiving dinner for two :) I am excited to take the opportunity to make really delicious sides and really take the time to make them with love and detail. Still finalizing my menu... that is another post entirely :) Here below are some ideas I have found, love and hope to make this coming week!

Ingredients for a cool table from Real Simple:

• Greenery and twigs (free, from the yard) 
• Linen napkin (free, from cupboard) 
  
• Bottles (empty wine bottles, Peligrino bottles, or other fun shaped bottles (like the Kambutcha ones) - free) 
• Carpet tape
• Paper Tags
• Twine

How To Suggestions from Real Simple:
To cover bottles in twine, use carpet tape and start wrapping from the top of the object. Don’t worry about irregularities; rough-hewn is the look you want. Cover glass votive holders with cut-to-fit pieces of linen from the napkin and tie with twine.

"For place-card holders, use shears to cut twigs about 4 inches long. Bundle and tie them, tucking in name tags. Invest in one special item from the flower shop (for example, green-dyed milo berries, as shown here filling a twig box), and troll the yard for the rest. Scoop moss into a tin and finish it with acorns; stick juniper in low bottles, fern fronds in taller ones. Add cattails for even more height (they are just right for the brown-green palette).
Cluster vessels in the center of the table, placing short near tall and fuzzy near smooth. Stark used cutting boards as chargers, but this look is perfect with plain white plates"

Here I love the idea of taking leaves and a piece of twin and tying them around a candle holder or even small votive.

All these ideas drive me nuts... it makes me want to have a bunch of people over for dinner!
